In the event that you are not happy with the item that you have purchased or there is a problem with the product then please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product on any of the methods below. In the majority of situations we will be able to provide you with spare parts or a replacement.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order then please login to your customer area using the link in the top right of the screen or call us on 0800 011 2027

Refunds

If there were to be a problem with an item that could not be resolved or you were un happy with please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product and we will collect the item and issue a refund.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us, if this is done then carriage funds will not be made.
